Scope
Redesign the Leto advertising management platform to improve usability, visual clarity, and campaign control efficiency. The goal was to modernize the UI, reduce cognitive load for marketers, and align the product with contemporary SaaS design standards for analytics and advertising tools.
Process
Conducted competitor analysis to benchmark key UX patterns in ad management platforms. Audited the existing interface to identify pain points in campaign setup, placement tracking, and reporting. Held numerous interviews with active users of the platform (internal staff, advertising agencies). Developed a design system with scalable components for campaign boards, analytics dashboards, and placement cards. Introduced consistent typography, improved data visualization, and adaptive layouts for desktop and mobile.
