Scope
Design a seamless mobile service for travelers with long layovers in London who wanted to explore the city spontaneously, but had no time to plan. The product aimed to solve a clear pain point: enable users in transit to quickly discover, book, and enjoy guided city tours based on their real-time location and availability.
Process
Started with in-depth user interviews to explore motivations and blockers for travelers with long layovers. Mapped key pain points and user stories into early prototypes, which were tested to validate hypotheses around spontaneous bookings, geolocation, and guide availability.
Created native mobile interfaces for both customers and tour guides, focusing on fast tour discovery, flexible scheduling, instant booking and real-time coordination. Also designed a no-code website and a full set of marketing materials. Participated in product pivots and refined the service structure for a scalable launch across multiple cities.
Impact
Delivered a full product suite in under a year: client app, guide app, and admin dashboard

Enabled service expansion from MVP to 100+ available tours with customizable POIs
