Scope

Design a business-oriented SaaS app to empower small companies with intuitive, reliable tools for daily operations. The scope included not only UI/UX execution but also strategic input into feature prioritization, informed by market research and reference benchmarks. Flexibility was key — the product needed to be scalable, easy to onboard, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.

Process

Collaborated within a distributed, cross-functional team of 10 (primarily full-stack developers). Led end-to-end design: from brand identity and landing pages to in-product flows, growth experiments, and performance-driven UI improvements. Ran continuous tracking user behavior, mapped CJMs, and worked closely with developers and support team to ensure consistency and performance across platforms.
