Scope

Design and develop a lightweight yet powerful mobile solution that enables small businesses to accept payments and manage operations directly from an iPhone. The core experience was centered around simplicity, speed, and versatility – including kiosk mode, invoicing, inventory control, and multi-channel payment support.

Process

Collaborated in a compact, agile team of four to deliver an MVP within a year. Focused on rapid prototyping, continuous client feedback, and feature scalability. Built in Swift and integrated with the CustomerBase API. Prioritized stability and usability to support future extensions like appointment scheduling, staff management, and advanced analytics.
